How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our Booksy booking system, call us on 07309 413371, or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram. We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance for consultations.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer free initial consultations to discuss your skin concerns, treatment options, and create a personalized plan. Consultations typically take 20-30 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is required at the time of treatment. We also offer payment plans for certain treatments like Cosmelan.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
